Dr. Randolph Baca, formerly of the Santa Fe, NM, area, is the associate vice president of resource management at Temple College in Temple, Texas, where he leads in all areas of human resources for faculty and staff. As a member of the institution’s President's Executive Cabinet, he takes part in institutional planning and decision-making. In his previous position as the supervisor of temporary and continuous services at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM, Dr. Randolph Baca oversaw temporary services, payroll, and continuous-services placement.
He received his bachelor of science in human resource management and general management from the University of New Mexico's Robert O. Anderson School of Management in 1997. Subsequently, he earned his master’s degree in human resource management from Tarleton State University, and later obtained an Ed.D. in higher education administration at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor.
When Dr. Randy Baca isn’t working, he enjoys playing baseball, reading, fishing, woodworking, and watching Temple College Leopards’ athletic events. He appreciates movies, ‘70s music, and live trumpet performances.
