He has a strong background in analytics with an entrepreneurial mindset and solid understanding of the technology. His mindset enables him to inject analytics into many areas of the organization that has improve many areas of the business rapidly.

He is one executive that gained the trust, credibility and formal authority to drive analytics throughout the organization. His presence in the team has given him the opportunity to influence on how the businesses operates with the help of data analytics.

Randolph Zizi serves as a business advisor on all analytical matters. He has contributed data governance that helped shape the business. His deep expertise with analytics and the understanding of the business has contributed great impact amongst the team. In addition, he oversees and coaches the people who are doing the actual analytic works, as well as foresee and advise on some of the ancillary issues that arises from this work, such as ethics and privacy.
