Andy Smart
Well.....what can I say? ..... I'm me. Always have been. I consider myself an honest, open and broadminded person, interested in a whole conglomeration of subjects ranging from world current affairs and global politics, down to self orientated sciences such as biology, physics, psychology and spiritualism. As well as keeping fit, riding motor cycles and spending quality time with my son. I'm a big believer in the human self and put a lot of faith into the human mind (my mind (and soul)); with or without our intervention it will find its own way on to evolution (where ever that may be).
I'm a good communicator in that I can relay what it is that I want to put across in more that one format depending on who I might be talking to and how they might understand it. I enjoy group activities and meeting new people. I'm always ready for a challenge. Good leadership skills in that I have some limited military experience and know what it is to command people in doing a job, and have always prided myself and my team on doing a good job.
I consider myself a fast learner, in relation to our current economic climate that's a good thing, as change is ever relentless and growing faster by the day. I tend at times to run away with myself, which can be a down fall in that from time to time I'll listen and learn yes but, the knowledge tends not to get absorbed, because I may be overexcited, or getting cocky. That's something I'm always working on and aware of, knowledge retention and temperance!
I'm a good listener, and enjoy helping people with their problems as far as they will allow me; working on my initiative is a matter of common sense, and the want not to be immobile for to long. Doing nothing is never an option. Even during the act of doing nothing there is always an ulterior something being done or learnt (natural cause and effect).
People have asked me before "Andy – So...What can you do and what are you capable of?" and my answer is quite simple – I can do and am capable of doing anything I set my mind and soul on, given the right incentive, it's then just a matter of giving myself the right incentive to be doing what ever it is that I want to be doing to progress and expediently as possible.
