ABOUT ME
Welcome to my aboutme page! My name is Randy Romero. I was born and raised in the heart of California's central valley, Tulare. The place where hard earned success meets integrity and pride.

I am a business professional and dynamic team leader. I am a trained mediator through V.O.R.P. (Victim Offender Reconciliation Program) and have specialized in the areas of conflict resolution in the workplace and peace keeping.

PROFESSIONAL LIFE
I currently work in Higher Education for a private Christian university located in California's central valley, Fresno Pacific University (FPU). I am the Evening Operations Manager for one of FPU's regional centers. I have the ability to work alongside professionals in different areas of studies, including, School of Education, School of Business, School of Humanities, Religion & Social Sciences and Seminary.

I maintain classroom and HVAC scheduling for the entire Visalia campus. I provide essential services through the areas of I.T. support, Facilities control and Campus Safety supervision. I am a member of the University’s Diversity Committee, seated among top university administration, staff and faculty. I also serve as acting Chairman to the Visalia campus, Emergency Response Planning Committee.

SCHOLASTIC ACHIEVEMENTS
I graduated with honors with my Bachelor's in Criminology and Restorative Justice, from Fresno Pacific University in 2011. My intentions were to someday become an integrative member of the criminal justice system. Through the process of finishing my degree, my heart in helping others moved from the criminal justice system to a much more recognizable skill set and yearning. Business development and customer satisfaction.

I continued on with my education and obtained my Masters of Business Administration in 2013. I was able to master disciplines in Global Managerial Accounting, Marketing within a Global Economy, Global Economics, Strategic Financial management, Operations Management in a Global Business, Strategic Management and Business Ethics.

I am currently looking to find a place to fully utilize my talents in an integrative enterprise.
