Hello there, my name is Randy Smith 25 born and raised in Newark. I am a recent graduate of William Paterson University with degrees and certification TSD and Philosophy. I began this journey of teaching when it dawned on me that I wouldn't have accomplished so much if it wasn't for good people to uplift me and show me the importance of achievement. First generation college student, so my family only knew high school and work. What took me to the next level was my god family, they got me more involved in a plethora of things, community service, reading and traveling. This was the beginning of my ascension to manhood, but it never stops there because as a utilitarian the ultimate goal is to help the next who was in my position.
