Randy Osborne

Father of three grown kids and based for the moment in Atlanta, I've been a journalist for more than 30 years, lately specializing in biopharma / drug development, while writing essays and creative nonfiction.

Among newspapers to publish my work are the Chicago Tribune, Atlanta Journal-Constitution (which separately, reporting about one of my projects, called me a "public-art provocateur"), and St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Bylined pieces also have appeared in Salon, The Rumpus, The Lascaux Review, Flyleaf Journal, Empty Mirror, Identity Theory, 3Elements, Bodega, Full Grown People, Story Club, Loose Change, Scene Missing, Thread, and other small magazines.

In 2014, four print anthologies included my essays, which have been nominated three times for the Pushcart Prize. One of my pieces was listed in the Notable section of Best American Essays 2015.
