Randy Bailey

I moved to Boston in November, 2000, only knowing one person, shortly after graduating from the University of Southern California. I realized at the time that it was my one opportunity to do so without any repercussions. Worst case scenario was that I could simply move back home to LA after a few months if it didn't work out. Best case scenario was a new fresh beginning where I could define who I was an adult. Well it has been 12 years, and I don't think I could live in LA ever again. I truly love New England.

I have met many people, taken up new sports and am ever growing individual. I currently reside in Cambridge, am still a risk taker and am looking for my next exciting opportunity. Some of my passions include sailing, travel, my girlfriend and finding my next adventure.

I am currently working as a Sourcing & Research Analyst for PepsiCo. I love the challenge of gathering information and finding connections. I recently passed the CPSP-2 Sourcing Certification, being a Linkedin Certified Professional Recruiter. I was also a finalist in the SourceCon 2013 Grand Master challenge, a huge honor!
