After spending well over two decades in real estate in Southern California, I recently jumped at the opportunity to bring that experience and knowledge to Durham to work with Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, Go Realty. Attracted by the city’s diversity and a community culture of supporting art, architecture, and great food, I am excited to be a part of it all.

Hi, my name is Randy Heinitz and I am originally from Louisiana (Geaux Tigers!). I have strong traditional southern ties yet I’m certainly forward thinking. I embrace new technology and I welcome the changes it brings. I’m definitely a fan of innovation and I’m always looking for new ways to enhance marketing strategies. In addition to being passionate about real estate marketing, I also enjoy photography and videography. I love classic cars but I’m partial to the ones from the 1970s. I’m also always up for a road trip and there’s no question I’ll opt for back roads and scenic byways every time.
