Randy Morrow’s career is showcased by his successes in generating breakthrough results throughout all areas of an organization.

Randy is currently the director of business development with Stewart Sutherland, a leading manufacturer based in Michigan that provide packaging to key food and grocery retailers located throughout the U.S.

Randy was formerly CMO / VP of Sales & Marketing at Door County Coffee, where he led high-impact sales and marketing initiatives to generate growth across all channels. In partnership with the President and CEO, he proved to be instrumental in growing the small, county-based business into a company with a consumer base across the U.S.

Before Door County Coffee, Randy turned around Steep & Grew as the company’s VP of Sales & Marketing. Randy was also VP of Sales & Marketing at snack food manufacturer McCleary’s, Inc. As the sole salesperson, he halted losses and stabilized the company by winning 5 private label clients and multiple branded clients, which moved it from a co-pack, low-margin business to a higher margin private label and brand business. Randy was formerly VP of Sales / Account Executive at Try-Foods International, Inc.

In addition to sales and business development, Randy has a passion for creative writing. He has written more than 70 short stories and a novella and taught creative writing to children for South Alabama’s Dept. of Education while he was in college.

Randy has a .B.A. in Communications / English from the University of South Alabama.
