I have over 20 years experience specializing in Project Management, Business Analysis and Deployment.

My background includes both technical and strategy related projects primarily in Infrastructure and Operational services areas.

Prior to launching my independent career 5 years ago I was an Enterprise Strategy Consultant with Microsoft focusing on the following:

• Enterprise Strategic IT Planning - Assess technology needs and conduct feasibility analysis for implementing current and future technologies.
• Project Management & Quality Assurance - Develop project plans in conjunction with service offerings and conduct technical quality audits including such items as design reviews, business value analysis and risk assessments.
• Service Assessments - Review of internal and external staffing resources in light of planned technology implementations. Includes recommendations on third party services to complement existing resources to insure rapid, high quality technology solutions.
