I’m Randy Ojeda — attorney, advocate, and music-industry lifer based in Tampa, Florida. I earned my JD from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, am licensed to practice in Florida, and help artists and creatives protect their work and careers with clarity and confidence.

What makes me different? I lived the industry before I practiced law — from artist management and A&R to label ownership and touring. That perspective shapes how I advise clients: practical, strategic, and always grounded in the realities creators face.

I’m also the CEO & co-founder of Cigar City Management LLC, where we’ve showcased talent at festivals like SXSW, CMJ, and Brooklyn’s Northside Festival, and host Cigar City Radio, featuring conversations with the voices behind bands like The Replacements, Weezer, Indigo Girls, and more.

Born and raised in Tampa — Jesuit High School → University of South Florida — I’m passionate about building community and opportunity here in Florida and beyond.
