Randy Palazzo

Randy Palazzo is a real estate developer who has been self-employed for the past 30 years working in the industry. He founded his latest business venture, Columbia Pacific Homes LLC in 2011 to develop and refurbish properties throughout the Portland, Oregon area.

Alongside his career in real estate development, Randy Palazzo is actively involved in mentorship with other people who are getting their start in the real estate industry. Whether it's teaching them the trade or training his younger real estate peers, Randy loves to help people find their way in real estate, figuring out the best ways to do things while also learning how not to do them.
