Randy Park

I work with people and organizations to improve their decision making, perceive situations more accurately, and question their assumptions.

My vision is "Human Organizations that employ realistic and continuously improving analysis of situations to advance their current conditions while creating long term success."

I hold Bachelors and Masters degrees in Physics. My interest in how people think was sparked when I observed that even brilliant people sometimes do some not-so-brilliant things.

I am the author of two books, and have spoken to thousands of people around the world in Government, industry, universities, and even in a prison. I live in Canada and am involved in a citizens group on energy issues. For hobbies I cycle and sail, as you can see!
