Randy Sabourin is the Co-President of Practica Learning (formerly e-roleplay Inc) and Co-founder of Anderson Sabourin Consulting Inc (ASCI). He assists organizations to grow and develop individuals and teams using a combination of deliberate practice, coaching and business improvisation. His focus is on how individuals and teams perform under pressure. He combines a unique style of facilitation, executive coaching, and deliberate practice to help reveal individual behavioral style and its effects on important client facing, coaching, change, and leadership conversations. Randy has published several articles on Deliberate Practice, Learning & Development, Change & Diversity, Business Improvisation and Coaching; his Leadership Blog is widely read.
Randy has worked with companies such as BMO, Bank of America, The Hershey Company, HP, Sanofi, Teradata, A.T. Kearney, American Airlines, Manulife, and Morgan Stanley.
Randy was an Artscape Launchpad Steering Committee Member and a Board Member at the Art Gallery of Mississauga. He was Past President of the Board of Directors for The Toronto Fringe Festival (2008 – 2014) and sat on the Board of Directors of the Crohn's and Colitis Canada, 3 years as President (2000 – 2008). He also sat on the board of directors of the Strategic Leadership Forum (2005 – 2009) and was a Trustee with The Awesome Foundation – Toronto (2012 – 2014). He has held executive sales and leadership positions in high tech, semiconductor, software, and SAAS organizations prior to co-founding ASCI in 2006
Randy attended Berklee College of Music and studied Improvisation and Composition and is a certified CTC Psychometrist for TAIS. He is an avid musician, writer, improviser and storyteller.
