Randy Sabourin is the Co-President of e-roleplay Inc. (2012 – present) and Co-founder of Anderson Sabourin Consulting Inc (ASCI) (2006 – present). He assists organizations sustain learning and development investments using a combination of scenario based practice programs and behavioral awareness. His focus is on how individuals and teams perform under pressure. He combines a unique style of facilitation, coaching, and experiential learning to help reveal individual behavioral style and its effects on team dynamics. Randy has published several articles on Practicing Business Skills, Change, Business Improvisation and Training Sustainment; his Leadership Blog is widely read.

Randy has worked with companies such as Time warner Cable, BMO Harris, Bank of America, Unilever, Allstate, HP, AstraZeneca, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Dell, Manulife, and John Hancock.

Randy is currently a Board Member at the AGM (Art Gallery of Mississauga) (2014 – present). He was Past President of the Board of Directors for The Toronto Fringe Festival (2008 – 2014) and sat on the Board of Directors of the Crohn's and Colitis Canada, 3 years as President (2000 – 2008). He also sat on the board of directors of the Strategic Leadership Forum (2005 – 2009) and was a Trustee with The Awesome Foundation – Toronto (2012 – 2014). He has held executive sales and leadership positions in high tech, semiconductor and software organizations over the past 26 years prior to co-founding ASCI in 2006 with Cameron O. Anderson.

Randy attended Berklee College of Music and studied Improvisation and Composition & Arranging and is a certified CTC Psychometrist for TAIS. He has trained in Theatrical Improvisation with Keith Johnstone and Dennis Cahill of Loose Moose Theatre in Calgary, AB. Randy lives in Toronto Canada with his wife and daughters. He is an avid musician, improviser and hockey player.
