Randy Singler, Co-Owner of Coldwell Banker Signature in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan has found himself among the elite of real estate world by providing every one of his satisfied clients with unparalleled customer service.

A former heating and plumbing tradesman who owned his own home inspection company, Randy transitioned into the real estate industry ten years ago, where his vast resources of knowledge and his commitment to doing right by his clients has resulted in a currentrate of referral business that hovers around 85%, a staggering achievement by any measure.

Giving back to his community is of utmost importance to Randy, and to that end he is currently Vice Chair for the local Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation, and will assume the mantle of Chair next year. He is also part of a men’s charity club called the Synergy Eight Community Builders, and together they have raised millions of dollars that have gone towards purchasing a children’s ambulance for their province and the expansion of a local cancer clinic expansion.
