Randy D. Tracy

Randy Tracy’s background is as rich in diversity as it is in leadership experience. He most recently served as the Chief Administrator of the Gila River Department of Rehabilitation & Supervision in Arizona, a nationally recognized program as well as the largest Indian Country detention system in the United States for 13-years. Prior to making the transition from the private sector to the public sector in 2002, Randy also served as the Vice President of Pre-Need Sales for Family Service Group, LLC.

With a passion for training, teaching and mentoring others to be effective leaders in business as well as in public management, Randy is an active conference speaker and trainer.

In addition, Randy has founded and hosted an annual Correctional Leadership Conference in Arizona for jail and prison wardens, directors and administrators.

Randy holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration. He is also an active member of the American Corrections Association, American Jail Association and the American Probation and Parole Association.
