Rangachari Anand

Grew up in India, attended IIT Delhi and then came to America in 1984. Graduated with a PhD in Computer Science from Syracuse University. Worked at IBM Research since 1991 except for 2000-2004 when I worked at ReefEdge, Inc. Currently working on new generation of cloud based applications for municipal governments.
