One would think that after years of living vicariously through cinema and simulating normal life experiences through video games, I would be prepared for the real thing. Turns out I'm not. There's no reset button, no cheats, and I'm all out of extra lives. It will be long time until I leave fantasy for reality. Until then, I'll write about what effect it's had on me.
