I used to teach law and in 2000 resigned to spend more time with her children…but when they went to school…I used to surf the net and slowly but surely started doing some elearning business online...then I chanced upon an article in 2003 that said there are more people with mobile phones than computers!...this got both my husband and myself thinking and together we formed LTT Global in 2004… and we were the 1st in the world and Malaysia to come up with our own dual language program where we teach English Language using mobile technology and also we are among the initiators of mobile learning globally. My role in the company is to support the senior management team and work closely with customers and partners to determine the key issues they face and how these challenges can be resolved. I have accumulated much experience in a variety of fields and have a history of achieving significant business improvement in both local and international operations and in developing people and teams. I also happen to be a proud finalist in the "teleworking mums" contest organized by e-homemakers.net in 2004 in collaboration with the Ministry of Women and Family Development Malaysia…and also her company is a recipient of local and international awards for their mobile learning initiatives. I have served as speaker, panelists, sitting on committees driving the mobile sector this includes: Member of the United Nations Global Alliance for ICT and Development (UN-GAID) Member of the elearningEuropa an eLearning initiative of the European Commission seeking to mobilise the educational and cultural communities Advisor on the Asia Pacific Mobile Learning & Edutainment Advisory Panel (APACMLEAP) Advisor for the Mobile Industry Group (MOBIG) Mobile Catalyst for the Global Entrepreneur Week since 2009 I believe that Corporate Social Responsibility is part of any organisations’ big or small contributions back to society. I am a Mentor for the Mobile Content Challenge since 2007, a program jointly organised by Maxis, Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia (SKMM) and Kementerian Penerangan Komunikasi dan Kebudayaan (KPKK). My passion is to see all young entrepreneurs become thriving enterprises.
