Ranjana is a media nomad. What else would you label someone whose work has involved trying out flair bartending for a career show she produced and presented to developing and pitching script ideas to Hollywood executives and selling feature films to content buyers at international film markets?
Her media experience ranges across broadcast journalism, scripting, producIng and presenting for TV in India to working in Los Angeles in feature film script development , freelancing as a PA on a show for Oprah Winfrey's network and being a key team member of a start up international film distribution company .
Ranjana loves world cinema, laughing herself silly over Douglas Adams and Gerald Durrell's books, writing comedy with Jugal Mody adn Ryan Howlett and fishing in Kishore Nagar, her mother's ancestral village in Orissa. When she is not busy doing any of these, she's producing TV and writing her first Bhojpuri feature.
