Ranjith Kumar

Hello, I’m Ranjith. I’m an embedded software engineer living in Bengaluru, India. My strength lies in between the boundary of hardware and software where my embedded programming skills are deeply proven.

I am passionate about computer architecture, operating system concepts, embedded programming, reverse engineering the binaries and analyzing the assembly code. I have specialized myself in IoT Technologies (Bluetooth Low Energy), multi-threaded programming, Linux kernel software stack, image processing and system design and modelling.

During my career in Infineon Technologies A.G (Cypress Semiconductor previously), I have been working on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), Human Interface Device (HID), Apple Find My, Amazon Sidewalk, Channel Sounding applications. I have worked on the PSoC Microcontrollers and the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth RF SoCs which was initially brought up by Broadcom. I have also worked on RTOSs such as FreeRTOS, VxWorks, QNX Neutrino and recently Zephyr. I am also experienced in the ARM Cortex-M profile architectures such Cortex M3, M4, M33.

I am passively looking for a Embedded Software roles where I can exhibit my embedded C programming skills. A wise man once said, "Your learning doesnt stop till you die". Totally accepting the statement, I am also interested in job roles that require cross-functional technical knowledge like DSP (Digital Signal Processing), Cryptography and Machine Learning.
