The only child of Frank and the late Ivory Ransburg, Ursula Ransburg was born and raised on the mighty bluffs of Southern University and A&M; College. She loves to go to the golf driving range, although she hasn't been in 8 years and loves to take random pictures. A licensed attorney with the State of Louisiana, Ursula holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture (Agricultural Economics, a Master of Public Administration, and a Juris Doctor degree all from Southern University. She also has a Master of Laws in Agriculture Law from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
