I started as a Financial Advisor with TD Canada Trust, and made the jump to Crucial Pictures to apply my financial knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit to help them transition to a corporation, and use my sales experience and network to develop their client base.

In the 2 years where sales were my primary focus, I was able to generate a sales lift by spearheading the win of a significant RFP and leveraging my network to win contracts through 3 market segments.

As Crucial Pictures grew, my role expanded to fill needs that were not being serviced internally. I began producing & executive producing projects for marquee clients. I developed an advisory board to give us insight into our target markets, management approach, and growth opportunities. I manage the challenge of balancing deadlines, budgets, creative vision, KPI’s, vendors, and brand directives to deliver projects that consistently exceed our client’s expectations.

I have continued with business development, winning key RFP’s, negotiating contracts, and developing relationships. I keep an additional client-facing role where I own the majority of relationships with key clients, manage projects as they are being created, and handle accounting, invoicing, and forecasting for all of Crucial Pictures’ business. I play project manager to organize shoots and delivery schedules, and worked with an SEO consultant to develop Crucial Pictures’ website, and deliver significant ROI. I handle invoicing, accounts payable, collections, and make myself available for any other problem that requires a solution.
