Champions are very often made from the rubble. Raphael Olufisayo Champion (ROC) Akomolede is a proud champion from the rubble. Born on February 6th, he is Leadership Blogger/Enthusiast, also CEO Champions’ Meal – a multi-faceted Virtual Leadership Organisaton aka VirLO (www.championsmeal.com), which started off in 2013 as one of today’s internationally recognized Leadership Blogs and now involved in Leadership Training, Graphics Designing, Video Editing, Proofreading etc. He’s also Africa’s Youngest Leadership Blogger, a Gospel Rapper, an Animator and much more.

- “Raphael, you're doing something wonderful at such a young age.” Richard (Radio Presenter/Broadcaster, TVC).
- “I’ve interviewed many young people, but none your age and older have been this passionate about leadership.” Bukunmi Ariyo (TVC/On The Street).
- “Raphael, it's a wonderful thing you're doing. We love to see young people making great strides.” Nigerian Leadership Institute (NLI)

He belongs to a number of leadership groups, such as Inspirational Leadership, Management and Engagement group (LinkedIn), TIG (Taking It Global), African Youth Fellowship, Agents of Change (both under TIG) etc., where he raises and comments on discussions relating to all things leadership. However, besides his membership in leadership groups, he decided to hone his writing skills. For this cause, he became active in poetry and joined poetry groups and competitions online. ‘Poetry Online Nigeria’ and ‘Writers Cafe’ were two poetry portals his poems were applauded the most.
