I’m Raphael — I turn Shopify stores into stronger digital businesses.

I’m a Shopify Expert, Project Manager, and eCommerce Growth Specialist with a strong focus on what happens beyond the surface of an online store. To me, a successful store isn’t simply one that looks professional—it’s one that captures attention, communicates value, earns trust, and makes buying feel natural.

That’s where my work comes in.

I help Shopify businesses identify the gaps between getting visitors and turning those visitors into customers. I work across the areas that shape that journey store structure, product page optimization, user experience, conversion strategy, SEO, visibility, and digital marketing with every improvement connected to a clear business purpose.

I’m particularly interested in the details that are easy to overlook but can make a significant difference: how a product is presented, how quickly a customer understands its value, whether the store feels trustworthy, how smoothly someone moves through the buying journey, and whether the overall experience gives them a reason to take action.

My approach is simple: understand the business first, find what is limiting its potential, and build solutions around it. I combine Shopify expertise with strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail to help store owners create an online presence that works as a business—not just as a website.

I’m passionate about eCommerce, web development, design, digital growth, freelancing, and continuous learning. I enjoy working with people who have a vision for their business and want their digital storefront to reflect the quality of what they offer.

For me, every store has a story, every product has value, and every customer interaction is an opportunity to build trust. My job is to make sure the store communicates all three.
