With over 9 years of hybrid experience in humanitarian and developmental projects, he has been instrumental in advancing health outcomes through his work with prominent international non-governmental organizations and donor agencies such as GAC, ECHO, FCDO, UNICEF, NHF, and the French Embassy.

Raphael’s extensive expertise encompasses a wide range of critical areas, including medical practice, project management, child safeguarding, nutrition, food security and livelihood (FSL), WASH, sexual reproductive health and rights of adolescents (SRHR), and the prevention, identification, and response to SGBV. His exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and advocacy have been pivotal in driving impactful health interventions, particularly in insecure and hard-to-reach regions.
