Before Synthreo, I led the Professional Services BI team at MSPbots.ai, where we rebuilt operations from the ground up, automating workflows, introducing real-time dashboards, and cutting delivery times by more than 75 percent.
I thrive where people, process, and automation meet, especially when things are messy. Whether it’s creating escalation paths, designing internal bots, or untangling team workflows, I enjoy leaving systems better than I found them.
