Raquel Jacobs is an entrepreneur andeducator working directly with children and young adults. She is the Marketing Coordinator at Dale Carnegie Training Nigeria.

In 2011, Raquel founded Beyond the Classroom Foundation, an NGO focused on improving education for less privileged pupils in public primary schools. Since then, she has been working directly with youths and children in marginalized communities in Nigeria focusing on education and empowerment for girls. She is a trained public speaker and trainer, has volunteered with AIESEC, the World Economic Forum on Africa and Uturn Africa.

Raquel also Co- founded Club31Woman, a Christian Network of Women, who are growing together and mentoring teenage girls to find & fulfil purpose.

She is a Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum, a Royal Commonwealth Associate Fellow and an Advisory Mentor of The Queen's Young Leaders Program.
