Sometimes the side of us others see doesn't always match the way we feel on the inside. Or maybe we feel we are not enough, that we cannot fill that void inside of us. Some other times we worry about things constantly and we cannot enjoy our time with our loved ones. Whatever the case, I aim to help you spot your strengths in this world by providing you a safe space to explore your inner struggles and attachment patterns.

I have followed the training in Systemic Family Therapy and earned two Master's degrees, one in Developmental Psychology and another in Educational Counseling. My education and experience made me able to easily accommodate your needs.

The psychotherapy model I come from focus in the relationships we experience throughout our life with family, couple, friends or in our work environment. This can be applied in both individual, couple or family format.

I have also experience in working with expats.
