Raquel Alonso Movilla

When I was a little girl, I loved playing ‘Lego’ and making puzzles. I could spend hours building things, creating new realities and trying to fit all the pieces together. Today, I still do all of that although I use different tools: marketing & coaching, my two passions:

I consider myself a ‘brand builder’. I´ve spent the last 9 years working in Pernod Ricard (the leading spirits company) building marketing strategies, developing people and delivering excellence in execution for great brands such as: Beefeater, Absolut, Jameson, Chivas, The Glenlivet, Four Roses, and Malibu, among others.

My endless curiosity led me to broaden my worldview by joining the European Coaching School in Madrid, where I took my certification as a ‘Coach’, and I started coaching people who wanted to see their dreams come true; and then this passion grew, so I founded ‘un empujoncito’, a personal project that was born with the purpose of inspiring people to live the life they want.

I believe in intrapreneurship while working within a large organization, and co-working & co-creating as ways to come up with creative solutions.

I like working with talented people for improving my community and make the world a better place to live and work in.
