Raquel Pinto is a current nursing student at New York University's College of Nursing with aspirations to become a Nurse Anesthetist. Raquel has worked in the volunteer nursing unit on the Neurology/Stroke floor at Columbia New-York Presbyterian Hospital, which has provided her with an entryway for exposure to the complex world of health care. It is such a experience, which has prepared Raquel for an internship within the Emergency Room of Bellevue Hospital Center. Currently working in the ER of Bellevue Hospital Center as a PAVERS volunteer & research associate.
