Pierrot is connecting good ideas with the adequately good people, it is his passion to invoke positive change in the world. With his professional background in political science and creative marketing, Pierrot actively advocates the best ideas for change and helps bringing them to life. He worked at Germany's renowned marketing agency DDB and later on at Jung von Matt before transferring to Edel publishing group to built up their marketing department. At the German-African Business Association Pierrot was in charge of establishing the digital brand strategy. Change usually provokes conflict, therefore a well-grounded conflict solution is key in implementing change. Being a certified mediator for conflict solving, the simplification of complex conversations to create a constructive outcome is an essential pillar of Raschdorff’s work. His mission evolves around creative marketing and the handpicked curation of topics, ideas and people to actively foster positive change in the world. He has been working for Verlagsgruppe Random House (Bertelsmann) as Marketing Director since 2018. Pierrot is an author and lecturer at the EMBA.
