Hey there, I’m Rashaad. I’m a writer-producer and professional script reader based out of LA. I am a fan of limitless innovation, slinging delicious words on screen, and creating worlds out of nothing.

My professional career in entertainment stems back to 2008 when I wrote, produced and directed my first film. I am an award-winning production manager and I placed 4th in a top screenwriting competition. I have been a judge for several contests that awarded writers over $300,000 in funding and industry circulation including the Project Greenlight: Clive Barker Presents Reel Fear horror contest and the AT&T Shape Create-a-Thon. I have been a reader for the Austin Film Festival for the past four years.

Currently I’m helping screenwriters prepare for upcoming screenwriting contests, competitions, festivals and fellowships.

I offer script coverage and notes and I’m available for hire to help you prepare treatments, series bibles, loglines, business plans and more.
