Rashaunte is a woman living her life by design. She is a wife, mother, photographer, child development expert, entrepreneur, and women’s empowerment advocate.

Rashaunte is the founder and director of Scholastic Achievers, a academic enrichment and tutoring company designed to help children and families discover the scholar that resides within them through a natural and holistic learning platform. As a licensed early childhood educator with over 10 years in child development, early childhood and educational technology, Rashaunte has a deep rooted passion and commitment to ensuring that all children receive academic excellence regardless of the race, gender or socioeconomic status.

In addition to empowering children and families, Rashaunte is also committed to empowering women through her organization S.H.E (Simply Her Experience). The mission and vision behind S.H.Eis that every woman has a life experience that has shaped them into the woman that they've become. Through S.H.E., women can support, share and encourage each other to grow from those experiences and accelerate them to their destiny.

She has worked for the past 7 years as an online instructor at a local university by providing knowledge to undergraduate college students seeking to be licensed by the state of NC (Praxis I & II).

Rashaunte Mitchell, by nature, is a creative and artistic soul and enjoys the beauty of the creative process of arts. She often captures the beauty of ones soul through Brooke Photography.Her creative flair, expressed through photography , are captivating and make her relatable to young ladies and seasoned women alike.

Rashaunte is a woman whose wisdom, faith, and compassion are evident in all she does. She is committed to being a voice of inspiration to those placed in her path. She currently resides in North Carolina with her loving and supportive husband and two lovely girls.
