RaShawd Solomon is an undergraduate marketing student at the Rawls college of Business at Texas Tech University. RaShawd is deeply involved any many organizations on campus. RaShawd's leadership roles include him being the current President of the Eta Upsilon Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc and the Vice- President of the Texas Tech chapter of the National Association of the Advancement of Colored People. During RaShawd's time here in Lubbock, he has grown to be a leader within his community and has develped some rare intagible skills that only Texas Tech can equip one with. RaShawd has become a highly motivated, well-organized and responsible individual during his time at Texas Tech. He has developed strong communication and interaction skills with his classmates, colleagues, management and customers. In all he would be described as a team player with exceptional leadership qualities. Onward and Upward!!
