I have graduated from Engineering university of Kabul Polytechnic Mining extractive/excavation department and holding an MBA degree from National Institute of Business Management of India (Distance educations). I have worked with several national and international organization in different capacities, as a municipal economic development specialist in Farah province of Afghanistan in Afghan Sub-national Governance program (ASGP) of United Nations Development Program (UNDP) implemented by Independent Directorate for Local Governance IDLG of Afghanistan, as governance and development advisor for Farah governor and mayor and provincial team leader of UNDP/ASGP, also worked as municipal public administration advisor in Regional Afghan Municipality program - Urban population RAMP-UP of USAID implemented by ICMA and DAI, currently working as Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) advisor in Justice Sector Support Program of U.S. Department of state bureau of INL affairs implemented by Pacific Architecture Engineering (PAE).
