Rasheen is a Co-Founder of Perimeter, a creative venture house that partners with brands, athletes, and enterprises to build what's next in sports, culture, and technology. Perimeter merges the principles of a creative agency, innovation lab, and venture into one operating system. The team has helped build new brands from the ground up and reposition established ones for modern audiences, including notable identities / logos for the San Diego Waveof the NWSL, New Heights podcast with Jason and Travis Kelce, the Los Angeles Golf Club of the TGL, the Las Vegas Night Owls of the MPL, Nike Lebron's Forever King, and Draymond Green's The New Media.

Realcast

Rasheen is a Co-founder of Realcast, an extended reality (XR) studio developing mixed reality and VR games for Meta Quest, Apple Vision Pro, Playstation and other platforms. Realcast's portfolio includes Just Hoops, a Meta-funded mixed reality basketball game, and Hide The Corpse, a narrative stealth comedy puzzle game. Realcast also creates location-based XR experiences, turning physical spaces into fully immersive digital playgrounds.

Flexpower

Previously, Rasheen founded Flexpower, a wellness brand known for its clean, effective pain relief and recovery products. Originally created for pro athletes, Flexpower later expanded to a broader consumer base and remains trusted by professional athletes, Olympians, and active individuals worldwide.
