He also guides research initiatives as a Research Industry Advisory Board Member at Leeds University Business School.

As former Group CEO of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, Rashik focused on enhancing the organisation's reputation as a trusted authority on the future of computing. He also spearheaded organizational improvements to ensure efficient and effective delivery of strategic outcomes.
