Rashi's was founded in the year 2001.Rashi’sis a fusion of the names ofRashmi & Shital. Shital & Rashmi both are qualified Bakery Professionals.It was founded in 2001 with only one product, the WALNUT FUDGE which still is the flagship product.

It all started in the year 2001, with the basic quest to serve some healthy sweets to their children as they were very concerned about the quality of the sweets available in the market.

Since they both hail from Mumbai, Fudge was their first choice as they both loved it very much. Since Fudge was not available on shelf anywhere in Ahmedabad, they decided to make it but with a twist & that twist was to add the healthy WALNUTS to making fudge. This is how the WALNUT FUDGE RECEIPE WAS DEVELOPED INHOUSE FOR CATERING TO CHILDERN & IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING THAT IT WAS A SUPER HIT WITH ALL FAMILY MEMBERS.
