Greetings! I am Rashmi Laljee, a neior manager in Ontario Public Service, I bring in a blend of OPS and private‑sector experience shaped by roles in Cabinet Office, MLITSD, MPBSDP and Deloitte. My work has centred on cross-functional collaboration, building and enhancing governance structures, enterprise reconciliation, supplier Masterfile and strengthening financial controls in complex, multi‑ministry environments.

I have been recognized with the Ontario Government Eagle Award – Finance Superstar (2025) and the Cabinet Office MACS Trophy (2024) for impact and excellence in financial governance.

I am known for my steady leadership style, clarity in fast‑moving contexts and ability to guide teams through change while maintaining strong relationships.

Outside of work, I love singing, volunteer on the economic board with the Aga Khan community and am endlessly curious about astronomy, bringing both creativity and curiosity in my leadership.
