She is leading ML & Advanced Analytics projects for Utilities, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing & FMCG clients Globally. Over the last several years, Rashmi has provided Data Science & Advanced Analytics and Data Integration (ETL) solutions to BFSI clients worldwide.

Rashmi Nalavade is a senior Business Analytics consultant with core competencies in Predictive Modelling, Data Science, Machine Learning, Marketing & Sales Analytics, BI Dashboards, Data Mining and Data Integration. Over her career, she has worked, through Outsourcing Companies like Accenture, with clients in the BFSI and FMCG verticals in India, UK and USA. These include AMEX, Barclays, British Telecom Plc., Citibank, Lehman Bros. and Travelers.

Rashmi holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications (M.C.A.) and Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.) in Physics & Maths from the University of Mumbai.

Rashmi is an avid Kaggler. She is amongst the TOP 25% in the HIGGS BOSON Machine Learning challenge on www.kaggle.com.

Rashmi ranked 6th in hackathon 3.X @analyticsvidhya.com for predicting the propensities of a bank's customers to buy a (loan) product.
