I am specialized in intellectual property rights, including trademarks, designs and domain names. In addition, areas concerning the sphere of IPRs, such as unfair competition law as well as distribution and agency agreements are within my expertise.
My focus is on Danish and foreign businesses within industries, such as fashion, furniture, music, art, movie, sports, computer games, ect. ect. Recently I have shed light on product imitations and infringements of intellectual property rights within the fashion industry. This paper has now been nominated for the international award Lewis Gaze Memorial Scholarship 2014
As a student I have participated in the administration of elections for the Danish Parliament (Folketinget) in 2005 and 2011.
Through work experience I have acquired skills within debt collecting, finance and mortgage & security.
Finally, I have engaged in a lot of sport management, where my skills within company law, sports law and mediation have come to use.
