Rasmus Trudslev Pedersen

For my entire life I have loved doing anything and everything creative. My education as an industrial designer has allowed me to challenge my imagination and begin translating it into reality. My creativity always takes starting point in problems or considerations of how to optimize the use of products and I am always ready to generate ideas for how the problems can be solved.

As a person I am hardworking, well-considered, and creative. Due to my experience from the Danish army as a sergeant it is natural for me to work as a part of a team, and it has made me capable of taking responsibility without hesitating. I am very outgoing and helpful and it has always been easy for me to make new friends. I consider myself a cheerful and comfortable person to be around and work with.

Recently (June 2011) I finished my master degree as MSc. Industrial Design at Aalborg University (AAU), Department of Architecture & Design. The education is relatively new and is combining civil engineering and industrial design with focus area directed on mastering the design process and solving specific problems. The link between the engineering and industrial design provides a multifaceted understanding of the design process from the initial sketches to the initiation of the final product.
