Rassam -

Rassam is a South Indian restaurant in Chinsurah, Hooghly, and it started with a simple problem.

The founder has always loved South Indian food. The kind where the dosa is properly crisp, the sambhar has depth, and the chutney tastes like it was ground that morning. But finding that around Chinsurah was a struggle. Every place either got the taste wrong, cut corners on quality, or charged so much that it became an occasion instead of a normal meal. The only real option was travelling all the way to Kolkata.
