I am an Industrial Engineer and manufacturing operations leader with more than 16 years of progressive experience in production, process engineering, operational improvement, and workforce leadership.

Throughout my career, I have worked across manufacturing environments focused on productivity, operational efficiency, process optimization, cost reduction, material utilization, workforce development, and continuous improvement.

My professional approach combines Industrial Engineering principles, Lean Manufacturing, operational analysis, performance measurement, and practical problem-solving to transform operational challenges into measurable improvements.

I am also the developer of the Operational Loss Mapping System (OLMS), a structured methodology developed through practical manufacturing experience to identify operational losses, quantify their impact, prioritize improvement opportunities, implement targeted solutions, and establish sustainable operating practices.

Currently, I serve as a Production Manager at Wacoal Dominicana, where I lead manufacturing operations and multidisciplinary teams across production and supporting functions.
