Since 2008, I am leasing and new developments representative at Casto. I have been manager of Lemax Development since the organization started in 2003. I am also further involved with Cogeim SAS an Italian real estate development and management company.

I graduate from University of South Florida in 2005 where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

At Casto, I am handling the leasing of several Casto shopping centers of our Florida portfolio (Approx. 500,000 Sq.ft.), and involved in third party leasing and new developments for several Casto clients (Approx. 1,000,000 Sq.ft.).

I have been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2006 and American Society of Civil Engineers since 2004.

My specialty is site selection & evaluation, project feasibility analysis, property management, contract negotiations, coordinate consulting team, project budgeting, governmental approvals, construction coordination, and Project review & Turnover. My focus is to provide services to private investors that are in the process of acquiring, or have already acquired real estate assets.
