Managerial:
Managed RCH II project since June 2005 to June 2007 in the capacity of In-Charge of Department of Community Medicine, which was funded by World Bank through Government of Gujarat. Co-ordinate with the departments, i.e. Paediatrics and Obstratics & Gynecology of the Governemtn Medical College, Surat.
Managed and supervised a public health project as Project Director from Sept., 1992 to April,95 with a large field component entitled as “ Family Welfare Education and Services Project in 30 villages of Gujarat State” funded by UNFPA. A workforce of more than 40 people was supervised. (Total financial outlay of the project was approximately RS. 60,00,000). Worked in the past by setting a goal to increase Couple Protection Rate, to reduce Infant Mortality Rate and ensuring their fulfillment in 30 villages of 73000 population at Kheda District of Gujarat.
