There are a few things to know about us: we hate cliches, we're bad at writing, and we don't take ourselves seriously. Seriously. Also, I talk a lot.

However, we are serious about having a baby. It's going to be a super duper long, painful and, in the end, happy process, but we've decided to adopt after six years of no success the traditional way. Yes, we look like we're still in high school, but we're almost thirty!

I (Tessa) am going all over the web to shout out to the world that, come hell or high water, this WILL happen! But we need help. Thirteen to fourteen thousand dollars is a lot of money; a lot of money we don't have. We don't want to wait ten more years to save up just to have what we've been dying to have for years already.
