Consultor educativo, en TICs y formador con amplia experiencia; con interés en el mundo de la innovación educativa y social, el aprendizaje en todas sus vertientes, la Gamificación, y la orientación sociopersonal y profesional.

Con más de 15 años de experiencia profesional, llevo los últimos 7 años profundizando en orientación personal y profesional, e investigando en buenas prácticas internacionales en los ámbitos educativos, de emprendimiento y politicas públicas.

I've been always interested in the social and educational world challenges. I´m Co-founder and CEO in Ocionalia, a firm dedicated to learning processes, and in “Crecer (Grow),a project that helps people understand the world”. Besides I have worked in other companies and initiatives to try to make people's life a better life. I´ve been in contact with educational challenges in countries like Ecuador or El Salvador developing some educational and youth policies in many local governments and training programs, goals reorientation, human management and social impact these programmes have, and also for Unions and NGOs.

Academically, my instruction is quite varied. I finished my Degree in Geological Sciences, but my social and educational interests orientated my studies to study a Master in Expert in Educational Process for Social Companies; after few years in a Phd in Sociology of Culture, Work and Organizations, and finally finished a Master in City Management. I´ve been focused in orientation and educational problems in Spain and worldwide for the last 7 years.

I´ve enrolled in a Master in Education and ICT (e-learnig) since I know the future (and salvation) of global education resides in ICT and mobile supports
