Raven Syme

I am a Photography student at the OshawaDurham College campus. I’m currently in my first year within the program and amprogressing great. About 5 years ago was when I discovered I had a passion forjust taking pictures. I’d spend a lot of time walking around with anything I had,like my phone, and snap anything that caught my eye. I think I am so passionatewith photography because it allows special memories to be captured and treasuredfor many, many years. I have lived in Alberta for two years. While out thereduring my eleventh grade of high school, I took a few photography courses thatwere made available at the school. After taking these courses, it was official.I finally decided that this is what I wanted to go to school for and try andmake some sort of career out of it. After living almost two years out there outthere, I moved back home to Ontario. Another two short years later I startedattending college. It is a two-yearprogram so I have a long way to go, but in the end, it will all be totallyworth it. For my future she’d like to be a freelance photographer. I also wantto get into things such as wedding, scenic, and maybe portrait photography.Something random about me is that I am a total bookworm!
